Cant log in

I registered, couldnt seem to do much, so I deleted the app. Then, I reinstalled to give it a second shot, and it doesnt allow me to get back to my account. I type in my phone number, get the code, enter it just fine but when it asks for a passcode and I enter it, nothing happens.I cant seem to get back to the account associated with my number but I cant make a new one, either. Dont know what Im doing wrong.
